It does feel as though a corner in this whole sordid story has been turned.

What happened is he finally gave up on getting his old level of support (almost 900) back. He also doesn’t feel any connection with exJWs anymore, even though all 4 (3 of which were sushis that he said he would discontinue) and the livestream were all about JWs. Though he has long promised to move on from exJW content, he’s likely scared his support will drop even further as his viewers start skipping his videos if they are not about what they came for.

This is his “New Coke” moment. A new product no one asked for nor are they interested in. If people want generalized cult content, Scientology/Mormons/Hare Krishna etc., they will go to those creators.

I’m curious as to how and if he eases the new content in.

I hope so, I for one am getting bored and tired of the whole thing.

I got bored with him after the AAWA stuff and thought he’d just fade away. I faded for a few years, then friends tipped me off to this asshole who was causing drama.

He’s like herpes. But his actions in the past two years have really put a lid on how high he can go. Gone are the days he goes to Australia and people pay his way. I doubt he’ll even have a public meetup ever again.

This is Vintage Lloyd ™. If one ever carefully analyses him in one of his SM arguments, he never actually argues the issue. Instead he accuses the critic of being a JW, anti-Cedars, obsessed, criminal....

It's in his nature to march into the courthouse, file an incomplete and ludicrous lawsuit, and turn his fire on the court and justice system when it fails.

But I doubt the court was his real audience. It was the exJW community he had so callously used and abused that he hoped to win over. A PR stunt gone awry.

I am in support of a countersuit should the M7 decide to file in Croatia. Sounds like they have a competent attorney and the evidence that he called them criminals is astounding. From the document shared, it looks like when suing someone like Lloyd did, he needed to propose actual court sanctions. He denied this in a post and claimed it is up to the court to decide sanctions. He was dead wrong.

I would keep it simple and make it easy for the court to rule in their favour. Don't ask for excessive punitive damages. I'd ask for the court to force him to post a retraction on his Patreon page for public and all tiers, acknowledging that his case was dismissed and an apology to all those he had slandered as criminals. Make him name them one by one.

If he doesn't comply, the court could fine him or hold him in contempt for violating a court order. Then we can all call Lloyd a "criminal defendant",

That about sums it up what this entire thing really is. Sounds like this judge wants no more of this BS and is putting him on the clock.

Of course he could have rushed this evidence forward given that he has no real job nor any set hours at his current grift. He could have engaged Novosel and made sure this was filed right.

But for this to ever see the light of day in court was a charade. A game he was playing that he never figured would be exposed.

I noticed he hadn’t bothered to change his address and is still using his wife’s. All this clap back about cowardice, yet here he is hiding behind a former address. A fitting end to this farce. Lloyd doing what he always has done - hiding out in Zagreb whilst his estranged wife and kid’s current address is exposed.

He wants to see that number go up so he's reminded of how many people admire him.

I see it as a kind of “triage” for prospective patrons. An “Unbaptised Publisher” Cedarite ranking if you will.

I think he notices the criticism about him only being in this for the money and this is his attempt to shout it down by insisting he welcomes paying and non-paying backers to his Patreon page.

As a public patron you can only see posts that he makes available to that tier. You can’t read the private posts he makes for the paying tiers. As it sits the only post a public patron can read is the one he made last month about shutting down his company. He’ll make more public posts and it serves as his own social media page where he can block people and remove comments at will.

let's get the fun started and put in our votes for how far down the pumpkin patch lord of the fries will fall in november.. for those keeping score, last month he started at 457 patrons, did some begging and managed to bump those numbers up to 478, but as of this writing he's down to 439.. so, how well do you think the grift will continue this month?

So my vote is to use that as our Patreoff number and not the combined paid-and-free patrons when casting our votes?

Of course. If the goal is to measure the grift, then you count only paying members.

The public tier is going to include both friend and foe alike now that it is clear what he’s doing.

I'd seriously put it at around 200-225 maybe.

That's about where I'd put it. And that's probably round the point where he'd be scraping by considering the cost of living in Zagreb, Not a bad deal either, because a secular job would be earning him round the same and require him to actually put in a full work week.

That's the more immediate effect. The longer term one is more brutal. As his content dwindles, the less visibility he has and that was what made him before. I've said this previously, but as a general rule people cycle in and out of this exJW thing perhaps for an average of 2-3 years. He's like a desert reservoir in a time of drought. The support he has now corresponds with the water stored from previous wetter years. Now with a lesser flow, and as time moves forward his level gets lower as the older patrons, though still generally supportive of him, just move on from the whole scene.

In 5, possibly even 10 years time if he hasn't already figured it out and gotten a real job, it'll look like the scene from Hitler's bunker. Instead of ranting on about the Jews and the generals who failed him, Lloyd will commanding severely diminished Patron armies and "criminal defendants".

Can you imagine if he were to write a Last Will and Testament at this point in time?

I would have loved to have passed on a large monetary benefit, but these criminal defendants have robbed me of that right! Girls! That’s up to the “private prosecutor”, James Lloyd Evans. He hasn’t even gotten round to showing the court evidence other than his word that these seven people defamed him.

No doubt he's out collecting tin cans or donating plasma to get the money to put it back online.

Does it really matter anymore? That website is not only dead but it pulls in very little to no money for him. He may want to advertise his new book there when the time comes but no reason to put the site up now since he’s no longer contributing to it. The new generation of Cedarites know him from the YT channel. Only very few people who are still with him remember the old JW Survey days when he’d post a blog and plug it online.

My guess is that the hosting costs came due and he’d rather just not bother. He still owns the domain name and that doesn’t change. JW Watch as a brand though is dead. Place that right next to his unsold Tibor t-shirts.

Just wish some of this energy went to Randall Watters.

I like Randy. What can be done for him? A gofundme? Is there someone in Texas who is willing to take him in?

I’m sure there would be people willing to help out if it were clear what he needed at this time and a clear plan on a solution.

Problem is that low-life scumbags like Lloyd Evans have at least half the community now distrustful of giving money to people. And for good reason too. That fat and ugly piece of filth has fucked this community in more ways than one. Throwing money at a problem isn’t always the best solution either.

So tell me what can be done for Randy. I’m listening.

T5 you need to use the fat Elvis body for Evans. “Fat Elvis” is more than Elvis putting on the lbs. It’s about his state of mind and the state of his career at that point. Fat Elvis was washed up, headlining at Vegas singing tunes released back when he was popular. No longer was he the star of Blue Hawaii marrying vulnerable 16 year old fans.

A lot like Lloyd. Can’t say I’ve ever been to a Jabba the Hutt meetup, but I can imagine it had the workings of an Elvis concert. “Ladies and Gentleman, LLOYD EVANS has entered the building” and all that. Party probably didn’t start until he got up and made some lame quips about the “Goooooberning Buuudy”.

There were people driving from as far as Salt Lake to Los Angeles (9 hours away) to see him for an hour or two. Same when he got to Vancouver, people were driving over the mountains from Calgary (10 and a half hours).

Now he’d be lucky to have a meetup with more than a handful of people and not have it busted into by people ready to confront him. That’s a long way to fall from grace. Even fat Elvis had his shows in Vegas selling out.

Now he really doesn’t have anything to talk about. He released the hours requirement video because he had to, not because he wanted to. Can’t imagine he added any new insight that already hasn’t been discussed on exJW social media.

There’s literally no further reason to pay this man. This will become more obvious to people as these months roll on with limited content and no SM presence outside a barely used FB account and YT.
